All project pricing and timelines are based on written estimates and agreed scope. Changes requested after approval may require a written change order.

When required, permits and inspections are coordinated as part of the project process. Final permit requirements may vary by city and project type.

Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other regulated trades are coordinated with appropriately licensed professionals where required by law.

Payment schedules are defined in writing before work begins. Late or missed payments may delay project progress until account status is resolved.

Workmanship warranty terms are provided in project documentation. Warranty coverage may exclude misuse, lack of maintenance, normal wear, or third-party modifications.

Website content is provided for general information and may be updated without notice. Final project terms are defined only in signed agreements.
